Return and Refund Policy

At ActiveProGear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (if mentioned)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you about approval or rejection of refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days
  • Refund will be sent to your original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Then contact us for support

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us immediately.
